    Understand that there is currently a limit of adding up to 5 additional contact persons under a customer's details. We have some clients that require us to send invoices/reminders to more than 5 contact persons. It would be good if Xero can increase the limit.

    Hi team, we’ve begun rolling out our new Reporting permissions, marking a major shift toward more flexible, configurable roles in Xero.

    You’ll soon be able to grant Invoice only Sales or Purchase users access to specific operational reports without exposing access to all of the organisation's reports.

    We’re currently in a phased release and expect these changes to be available to all users over the coming weeks.

    I’ll swing back again to confirm once these changes are live to all users.

    Agree there should be more flexibility in granting the invoice-only roles view access to reports (such as aged receivables and profit/loss, balance sheet).
