    Hi everyone, we know this remains a highly important request, and we appreciate the volume of detail you’ve shared around billing, delivery and contact management workflows in this idea.

    As shared in our last update - our team has been progressing the next phase of work needed to bring this more meaningfully into invoicing.

    We know many of you are looking for clearer timing, and while I’m not able to confirm a release date at this stage, I do want to reassure you this remains an active area of work for our product teams.

    We’ll continue to return here with further updates as we move through the next stages. Thanks again for your patience and for continuing to share the workflows that make this so important.

    Heya community👋 thanks for the discussions and input through this idea overtime. I know it's been quiet on our end but want you to know your feedback has been getting back to the right places.

    We have a couple of features I'd like to highlight here, as well as let you know our product team are currently developing the Bills View and Edit pages in which the pain points here will be solved. 😊

    • Simply upload files to bills to automatically extract and create your bills in draft for you. You can upload multiple files at once and let Xero do the grit work. Once they're ready simply review
    • Smart document capture - You can simply upload your files to the inbox and Xero will take the effort out of things by extracting key data and auto suggesting create transactions for you (Invoice, Bills, Spend and Receive money)

    This would be a super helpful addition to the xero app. An easy way to do this would be through the attach button.
    When clicked it currently gives you the option to do multiple things such as attach documents and photos.
    The option to select signature and have it uploaded would be nice.

    Even having away of sending it with invoices or having it on the attached invoice pdf.
