We've reviewed your idea to add a tracking category option on the transfer when reconciling your bank accounts, and now it's up to the community to get behind and support it. Make sure you share your idea with any colleagues that this could benefit so they can add their vote too!

Hi team, we appreciate the growing interest this idea's gaining and want you to know our product teams are very attuned to our customers desire for a bank feed for CAF bank.
We're continuing to work closely with our third party integrators to make more bank feeds available via open banking. A feed for CAF is high on our agenda, however we're reliant on third party integrators to support this integration in order for us to deliver this for you all.
I want to assure you we're pushing for it's integration, but we cannot commit or confirm a timeline for this work to be undertaken.
As soon as there's progress to share we'll happily provide further updates for you all.

Hi team, we appreciate wanting to hear updates from us here.
Over the past year our team has been doing a lot of behind the scenes work for Files in Xero. We've released a new experience to our Files inbox, and while sub folders/files haven't made their way into the new experience just yet, I want to assure you our product team are aware of the vested interest here and how this could enhance your ability to organise and work with Files in Xero.
This continues to be a feature our product team are interested to explore longer term. While we'll move the idea to Accepted for now, we'll make sure to share any work and updates that could add benefit to your workflows with you all, here.

I want the ability to create sub-folders in Xero Files to organise files better - otherwise the list of folders becomes too long and harder to navigate.

I really want this changed - my clients see the ridiculously long email address and refuse to give it out to suppliers because nobody will remember it. This feature is available in Dext and Autoentry so cannot be that hard!

This is critical for my client base, we need four dimensions - it frustrates me daily that Xero can have up to four tracking categories but only 2 can be active, I mean what is the point of 2 inactive ones? Please sort this ASAP.
My clients are charities and we need Fund Type/Cost Centre/Department/Project Code as a minimum.
The Projects Module does not work for charities as they do not run projects on a time and materials basis so this is overkill/too expensive for them.
Could you get on with it please? :-)
