I totally agree. I have just had a call with a specialist and they agree that when we populate the Batch reference field, there is no report in Xero at all that views this.
Why have a field that cant be included in a report?The reference is only populated when you enter a single payment, not via the Batch Function.
We have multiple Customers that pay via differently entity names and use the reference field daily.
The Reference field specifically picking up the "notation" we add to the reference in Xero regardless of Batch or individual payment. There should be another Report field that picks up Invoice numbers.BGAU Accounts

Thanks for starting this idea! Did you see last week that our Product Team released an update that helps speed things up on Xero Me Mobile? They’ve enabled the ability to copy previous time entries in start-end timesheets on a per day basis. To do this, enter your time entries as usual for the first day in your timesheet, and then select the “copy from [date]” option when adding a new time entry for a consecutive day.
The team are interested in further exploring improvements in this area, but at this stage there are no firm plans to progress this idea. They’ve got their eyes on the ground though - closely monitoring your ideas, votes and comments.An error occurred while saving the comment BGAU Accounts

Timesheet templates for Start and finish times
Templates should be able to be created by the Payroll Admin for start and finish times setting
These templates should be able to be chosen by Employees using desktop and Xero Me App.

Template Apps should be able to be created from the XeroMe App, not just on the Desktop version -

Appreciate raising the idea here, Mona
With improvements to XeroMe our intention is to make it simpler for employees to self enter this sort of information.
Is there a particular reason why you'd prefer not to use this function? Would be good to be able to share this back with our team or perhaps there's another idea I could be connecting you in with here

This is not available ion AUS. Timeshet approval is currently only available if you have full payroll Admin access

Many employees are asking for a report showing the timesheet they submitted and the Payslip details approved and paid.

It is extremely important to allow Fixed Rate allowances to Timesheets. Work around solutions we have implemented has too much room for error

A)Ability to specify a set approver for a specific employee for when they submit Timesheet requests.
Employees who have the "Authorised to Approve Timesheets" checkbox ticked (similar to Leave approver) should be able to approve Timesheets regardless of Payroll Admin status.B) have a "Checked" Status before full approval and finalisation of Timesheet that occurs with "Approved" status

We urgently require a complete audit trail report. Specifically on Timesheet, leave and the whole payroll section. There is no history/tracking in the whole payroll section as to who has actioned what and with Xero's limitations on payroll approvers, it is imperative an audit trail is implemented asap.
