Hi everyone, we appreciate wanting to hear from us on this idea and apologies for not commenting sooner. I can assure you this has not gone unnoticed and internally there have been reviews and discussions for how batch payments can be improved. We have the appetite, but as with all developments this must be weighed up and considered against many other important changes needed in product.
We want to be upfront that developing the ability to include Credit notes in Batch payments has not been planned at this stage.
As some may have seen, we do have work going on around being able to include Credit Notes as part of the reconciliation process. We understand for many on this idea the timing of including credit notes when you’re creating the batch payments is crucial, however we hope that when delivered at least being able to reconcile these more efficiently…

For our UK customers we've made paying overseas suppliers easier with international bill payments.
Using open banking, you can now securely send money to 180+ countries including Europe (EUR), America (USD) and Australia (AUD). So you don't have to juggle multiple platforms or hidden fees. Hi everyone, totally get wanting to get an update from us on the idea here. Having a fair amount of interest from users I can say that Quote reminders are defintiely on the teams radar, however with current focus largely on new invoicing we do not have any immediate plans for this in the next 6 months.
I can assure you, though we mightn't be able to provide updates as frequently as you'd like to see, our product teams are heavily involved in the forums here and our community team often connect to share trends, discuss developments and externally communicate changes that are coming across Xero products. It's important to us to continue developing Xero to streamline payments and help our customers get paid sooner, and your idea here does sit in this realm.

We appreciate wanting to see more rapid movement, everyone. Having done a lot of exploration into this area our team have a good handle on the needs to solve this, however we want to be honest that development will be some time away with the team currently focused on improving bills list views and updating add/edit bill pages. For the time being to keep you up to date we're going to move this idea back to Submitted until more active work takes place for this.
I can assure you this idea is the best place to be leaving feedback for this feature, and Xero Product Ideas as a whole is the best place to be sharing where you'd like to see change across Xero products. Hi everyone, we appreciate the number of users that'd like to see more mechanisms to assign and control who approves specific employee's claims.
Our product teams have a close eye on this idea, and while this feature is not in the roadmap atm, they'll keep reviewing this as they continue to plan and prioritise work for Expenses. So, if there us any shift in status we'll share an update to keep you all informed on the idea, here.

This is a big must for bigger companies, where other business information is sensitive and not professional for others to see.
Being able to limit what each approver sees and the ability to be able to select certain employees to approve for is a must!!Kate Page

Absolutely need this!!
Also need to be able to apply certain contacts to an approver.
I deal with big companies where they do NOT want bill approvers to be able to see ALL bills, we need to be able to have certain approvers approve certain suppliers that relate to their divisions.
PLEASE XERO, this shouldn't be to hard to implement.
