    Hi team, we appreciate and thank everyone for feedback. While we began a roll-out for the notification changes mentioned in my last update, as shared in some of the recent comments this resulted in a fair amount of noise for some customers inbox.

    We've made the decision to turn off the recent notifications changes.

    We'd like to provide more controls around this so users can set a preference, however this does require a fair amount of work and not something we're able to do right now.

    Please know we have keen eyes on this idea and when we're in a position to progress this again I'll share news with you all here. Thanks

    Exactly - as below - my inbox is suddenly filling up with expense claim approval emails - absolute nightmare. How do I turn it off

    Why has this been implemented with out telling us??

    Far more important issues to fix like being able to see emails sent from Xero!!

    Very annoying when it adds the company name in as you have to do a load of editing to get it correct and also most wouldn't need county and country - there should be a default action to not include these.

    Hi team, I know it's been some time since we last updated this idea. Please know we have close eyes on this feature and this is a change our product team are currently working on.

    While we can't give a definite timeframe work is progressing well and we'll keep you updated of when this is available, here. Thanks for your engagement with us through product ideas.

    Hi team, thank you for your thorough feedback in this idea. We appreciate there are different preferences our users have when approving invoices in Xero and just to re-highlight - there are now keyboard shortcuts available for most action buttons in invoicing to help navigate and quickly select the option you prefer rather than the drop down selection.

    Though we understand it is not the news you're hoping here we want to be transparent that there are no plans at this stage to add the ability to set your own default for the Approve button in invoicing.

    We will continue to track the support this idea keeps building and be sure to let you know if there is any change to the status of this idea, here.
