Hi everyone, our product teams are continuously reviewing and reprioritising their roadmaps for future work and although we don’t have any plans to change the credit application process this year, this is something we will investigate more closely in 2026.
As we begin to explore work for enabling credit notes in the bill payments flow, we’ll reach out for input to help us shape the design and approach so we cater for the widest possible requirements. Thank you all, and we’ll be back to share when exploration starts.

Hi everyone, I know it's some time on since our last update and I wanted to confirm here that at this time we still don't have any plans around for a org wide notifications settings page.
However, as noted in my last update you can set a reminder for Activity Statement lodgments.
And a little over a month go we introduced settings within Expenses so you can control the type of notifications you receive when an expenses is submitted, approved and declined. 🙂
We'll continue to keep considering how we can incorporate more controls for notifications as we continue to develop parts of Xero. I'll share if there are further updates around this here. Thanks
