   We have 5 companies set up in Xero and this function is a big issue for us as we continuously improve and develop our reporting. Our chart of accounts is identical across all the companies. Please Xero, add this functionality for all multi-company subscribers.

   Thanks for your interest in being able to send a PDF of an invoice via the Xero Network. 

   
   

   While this isn't something we're looking to develop atm. For those in AU and NZ you could look into sending e invoices via the Peppol network. 

   
   

   Through e invoices you can attach and include files as well as a PDF of the invoice - See more on Xero Central

    History of project activity is quite a different ask - we have an idea for recording history for all user activity that you may like to support and share in too. 🙂
