Thanks for starting the idea here, Renee.
Just to clarify, when you say ‘duplicate a contact’ would this be; the ability to duplicate an entire client (including all its contacts), to duplicate a contact within an existing client, or duplicate a contact from one client to another?

So many clients share the same exact details - seems a bit unnecessary to have to type the exact same thing multiple times when adding a group of clients. Not to mention the margin for error...

Hi everyone, coming back across the idea here we wanted to clarify existing behaviour.
When you remove a staff member from HQ this automatically removes all org access, as long as those orgs are linked to client records, and as long as the client records are active (not archived) - Meaning you don't need to manually remove access to each org one by one.
The few cases where you would need to manually remove one by one would be if a client is archived or an org is not linked to a client record at the time of staff removal.
We intend to improve this experience and provide better visibility of staff access in the longer term, so when there is more progress on this I'll return to update you here.

It's extremely impractical if you have hundreds or thousands of recurring quarterly/annual jobs, and then decide the process needs to change, to have to go through each job one by one. I have had to do this in the past, and it took hours!
Not having this ability basically renders the recurring job function that much less useful, so that there's not much time saved in using it, though it has potential.

Absolutely! We also came from Handi and that was one function I used all the time.
