Appreciate you raising the idea in the forums here. We'll continue to get a sense of the interest in being able to pull these Franking fields with the report builder.

We're interested to understand the interest in being able to add multiple emails to a clients record, for the purposes of setting these up for different purposes.
It would be great to hear more detailed feedback from our partners on the particular purposes you'd want to set up emails for and how this would help you through Xero's practice tools. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing with us here in Product Ideas, everyone.
We're working on modernising the client record user interface(UI) and your idea here is being worked into this change.
We'll first be making this available to our UK practices, with the aim of eventually expanding this to all regions. I'll be back to confirm as this starts to roll and give more detail of the change.

While we don't have immediately plans around this we'll keep an eye on the interest for this here, and share if any plans are made.

Hey everyone, thanks for all your valuable feedback and support on this idea here.
It's nice to see tips being shared throughout this thread to help others managing multiple assets. The suggestion to group similar items (like office chairs or laptops) into a single asset with a quantity can be an efficient way to handle things. When you need to dispose of some, you can then perform a partial disposal by updating the quantity, which helps save a few steps.
Wanting to share an update for you all, although I appreciate it will not be the news hoped for - Developing the capability to bulk dispose assets isn't on our current roadmap. We will keep an active eye on the support this continue to build here and be sure to let you know if anything changes here.

Totally agree, coming from a firm that transitioned from Handi 18 months ago, it is less than ideal for all staff to be able to view all these personal details for staff and their families/entities such as:
- Home address
- Dates of birth
- How many and which entities the staff member has

Absolutely, yes yes please! This is a HUGE issue and has a major impact on procedures, that the average staff member cannot view data like this because to grant them that permission is far too broad. Especially seeing the biller client for the group is essential and extremely disappointing that you have to have full financial permissions to be able to view such minor/non-sensitive information.

Absolutely, it would be so helpful to have some sort of automatic input or matching, to eliminate people entering one and forgetting to do so for the other.

Absolutely critical! Can't believe this isn't a thing yet! Definitely need to be able to bulk delete jobs, especially because you can bulk add them and there is therefore a much higher likelihood something goes wrong or get imported incorrectly.

100% agree. We definitely need the capability to run reports on bank details, even if the reports are part of some sort of restricted access. This also comes into play for new software integrations such as trust account software, that requires this and up to this point there has been nothing to export.
