Appreciate your input here, everyone. Our team has looked into this idea to better understand the needs and complexities involved, however they don't have any concrete plans for it just yet.

We received really good feedback from the teams concept testing. Thank you to all those that participated in this!
We're now working on building a feature that'll help detect duplicate bills, and help you identify these in your workflow.
I'll move to working on it and be back to let you all know when this is released for you to get full use of. 😊

When multiple people work on one account, the room for error is very high.

Hi everyone, we're working on a feature that'll help detect duplicate bills, which will help identify when duplicates of the same bill are in your workflow. We'll switch this across to Working on it for now and I'll be back to share more once it's out. 😁

When multiple people work on one account, the room for error is very high.

An error occurred while saving the comment Megan McConville commentedAgree - furthermore, there should be a way payroll admin can ensure another user approves their own leave. Currently, when the payroll admin posts a leave request this is immediately approved. Instead they should be able to select somebody else to approve their leave, and ensure it is NOT automatically approved in the system.

This will help immensely - the activity statements in Xero are quite confusing without including the monthly PAYG Instalments, and having to explain to the director why they need to pay more than the Xero statement.
