Thanks for keeping the conversation going on this, everyone. It's clear that having the ability to create budgets for Balance Sheet accounts is a really popular idea, and we hear the manual workflows you're having to use when it comes to forecasting.
The go-to option for now (as shared by some in this idea) is to export your data into a spreadsheet to build out your budgeted Balance Sheet and cash flow forecasts.
I know it's not the outcome you're hoping for here, but we want to be upfront about where things stand. Right now, building this feature isn't in our plans. We have to make some tough calls on what to build next, and while this isn't on the current roadmap, the feedback you've all shared here is incredibly valuable for our future planning.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing how important accessing emergency contact information is for your team's wellbeing. We understand your desire to include emergency contact details in payroll reports.
This isn't something on our current roadmap, however our product team has reviewed this and moved it to Accepted status for future consideration.
In the meantime, some members mentioned valid workarounds such as reviewing the details directly in the employee record or creating an emergency contacts list outside of Xero.
We'll continue monitoring community interest as we plan future updates to Payroll reports.

Would also be helpful if we could do this for all employee data really. Position titles, bank details, the lot.
VERY MUCH NEEDED! If I can't include then I have to use a different tool or export to a spreadsheet. Critical need! And while I'm here, the Budget manager is super clunky and really needs an overhaul in general to make it more customisable in line with how my COA is set up. And the option to remove or separate archived accounts when working on it is important too.
