Hi team, we want to share an update with you all here. As announced at Xerocon we have Xero Partner Hub which will combine all your practice tools into one experience. Along with the changes from the client list you will be able to add Organisation name and Legal/Trading name as columns which will be be searchable within the Client list.
So, where a client's Xero org is connected this data will pull through to the list and you'll be able to search by the client name, organisation name or legal/trading name. Find out more and prepare for the Xero Partner Hub on our website.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing the different types of relationships you'd like to be able to track in Practice Manager.
While we're making a lot of improvements to Clients with the new unified experience, we want to be upfront that developing more custom relationships like you're after here isn't on our roadmap.
We'll continue to monitor and track the interest of this idea for future planning, and if there's any change to the status of this one, we'll let you know here.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing on your needs for a comprehensive client audit trail in XPM. We understand this feature is critical for accountability and data integrity, and we hear you on the pain points this is causing.
As you might've read and heard updates of our teams are currently working on a unified experience across practice tools with the Xero Partner Hub.
History of client changes aren't wrapped into the initial work, but this is something the team would like to look at longer term and for now we'll move the idea to Accepted. Once Xero Partner Hub is fully released we can consider and will share any updates around history with you all here
