Hi team, we appreciate the attention this idea has received and do want to share that while we aren't directly developing at this stage, notification and being able to collaborate on bills is something our team are currently looking into.
We can't provide any promises right now, but we wanted to loop you all in on news. Once the teams research has concluded and we have a better sight on what can be done in this space I'll return to update you all, here. Thanks

This would save so much time. As a GST auditor, you have to go into each line on the GST Audit report, select the transaction, view the Bill, locate and click on the attachment icon, to view to see if the invoice was attached and what the attachment is.
It would be extremely helpful if the icon appeared at the RHS of each GST line showing if an attachment was in existence.

When reviewing the GST Audit Report, one duty of care is to ensure all invoices have a GST invoice attached. The only way to check this is to run the report and click into each individual entry to view if something is attached, then go into each attachment to view. It would be helpful to the user it you could visualize the number of attachments to each entry, then you can tell which entry doesnt have an attachment and what needs to be chased up

I agree - this is very annoying and extremely time consuming to enlarge the pdf attachment before you are able to approve the invoice. Every time the view is too small., to enable to see the dollars you need to scroll to the right hand side, to verify the bank account number, you often have to scroll to the bottom or middle of the attachment., the pdf is definitely too small.- it takes a lot of scrolling and clicking to get to the parts required - where if the pdf was larger, it would be easier for the user.

I use larger bills like this to download and calculate accruals based on these - to not have the account no means I need to hand write them on, and this is cumbersome
