Hi team, we appreciate and thank everyone for feedback. While we began a roll-out for the notification changes mentioned in my last update, as shared in some of the recent comments this resulted in a fair amount of noise for some customers inbox.
We've made the decision to turn off the recent notifications changes.
We'd like to provide more controls around this so users can set a preference, however this does require a fair amount of work and not something we're able to do right now.
Please know we have keen eyes on this idea and when we're in a position to progress this again I'll share news with you all here. Thanks

Hi. It would be good to maybe change any of the countries where XERO is presented. There are only a few at the moment - UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand. For example, we are expecting a new client in Ireland and I would be happy to offer them XERO, but first I have to check all the XERO options in Ireland and how it will work for them. This would help convince the client to sign up for an XERO subscription. Now I cannot do that, and it made my position weak in terms of the services that are expected.

Hi everyone, thanks for your interest and good to see how we can be expanding capabilities for our users across the world.
While we don't have plans of developing this in Xero, we have recently partnered with Parolla to offer a connected plug-in to your Xero organisation at no additional charge to users with an Ireland based org.

I agree. It is frustrating, and a full inbox just for notifications from XERO. Why isn't there an option to turn them on/off? There's no connection to who receives them. Receiving everyone! And our customers are now blaming us because we recommended using XERO.
