    You can easily solve this with https://www.xeroemail.com – use your own SMTP to send all Xero emails from your own email ID. It takes just 2 minutes to set up and works seamlessly. Watch the demo here: https://youtu.be/MNsvdL-ppls . With this, every email sent through Xero will appear in your Sent folder.

    Hi everyone, completely appreciate wanting to hear from us on the idea here. Having checked in with our product team we totally get the interest in this idea and creating more consistency between quotes and invoices in Xero.
    While we'd like to take a closer look into this down the line, we want to be upfront that there's other work that the team are drawn to atm as a priority and creating a shareable link for a quote is not planned at this stage.
    It's definitely on the teams radar and we're keeping an eye on the feedback here, as soon as there's any news to share I'll be sure to update you on this, here.

    This can be solved by https://www.xeroemail.com (it sends all xero emails from your company`s domain).

    Hi community, we appreciate this idea has collected a fair amount of votes and commentary. This has all been shared with, and considered by, our product team - so they have an understanding of the work that would be required for this.

    We'd like to confirm that, at this stage, the automatic generation and sending of reports is not something we have plans to develop in the near term. We are still interested to get a clearer understanding of demand for this feature, and we'll continue to track this through the conversation and votes on this idea. If there's any change we will let you know!

    Contact xeroemail.com for sending your invoices, reminders directly from your own domain. They are also working on automated monthly statement and reports.
