    It is a nice to have - I export files a lot, and the organizations involved have really long names.

    When creating or saving exports (e.g. PDF,s XLSX's) the name of the organization is used as part of the file name. Often these names are quite long, making the length of the filename extra long. In the setup for the account, a Short Name (would could be an acronym) could be entered. If setup, then this Short Name would be used to create the filenames.
