    ⭐ Thanks so much for taking the time to share this idea in so much detail. The examples and use cases you’ve included do a great job of showing why more flexible repeating invoice schedules would make a real difference for businesses managing recurring and occasional charges.

    This is an area that is continuing to gain support. The need for more flexibility, less manual admin, and better support for real-world billing arrangements is something we know matters to customers, and feedback like this helps reinforce that.

    While I can’t make any specific promises on timing or delivery here, please know this idea is valuable and the level of detail you’ve provided genuinely helps inform those conversations. Thanks again for sharing it and helping highlight an important pain point.

    Hi Roger, thanks for the feedback on this idea. it’s clear that seeing the number of days overdue directly on the Send Statements screen would make it easier to prioritise follow-ups without interrupting your workflow.

    At the moment, the Date and Due Date of each outstanding invoice are already displayed on the Send Statement screen, but having the actual days overdue visible would give immediate context and help you act faster when sending statements.

    We have now move this idea to Gaining Support, which means it’s open for votes and comments. Hearing from the community will help our product teams understand how much value this visibility would add across different workflows.

    Hi David, appreciate how you may like this option to speed up the efficiency of this process when reconciling, and we'll get a wider sense of the interest behind this from your idea here.

    In the meantime, I just wanted to highlight that once the Transfer transactions is created it's possible to open this from the Account transactions tab of the bank account and attach a PDF to the transaction from here.

    We have team members who travel, and have started to use the XeroMe app for recording their receipts. Their accommodation sometimes has the breakfast / dinner cost listed on the receipt as a separate item, but unable to split the expense between accommodation & food when using expenses.

    We understand why this idea is quickly gaining traction. Being able to start typing in the search bar as soon as the contacts page loads would be a small but meaningful improvement.

    Right now, the cursor doesn’t land in the search bar by default, so it’s an extra click each time.

    This idea's now in the Gaining Support stage. If it’s something that would make a difference to your workflow, adding your vote or comment helps us understand the wider demand—and gives our product team more to work with when prioritising updates.

    We’ll post here with any changes or progress.

    Thanks for your comments and emphasis on the bills side of things for the idea here. I've made sure this is shared with our team in this space.

    Bills is an area we're continuing to develop with building on beautiful and I'll be sure to let you know here if there's any consideration made to change behaviour of this through the bills add and edit flow.

    Would love to be able to amend the price in Xero ONCE, instead of having to 1) alter the pricing in your Purchase Order and 2) edit the price in Products & Services?
    This generally occurs when you send a supplier a Purchase Order from Xero and the supplier sends you an order confirmation with the updated pricing due to a price increase since your last purchase.
    Once the change has been made in Xero, we should be able to produce a new Purchase Order to the same supplier, the price will be showing the updated price

    Hi community, thanks for all the support here. We appreciate how some users would find a notification for items awaiting approval a time-saver, and could improve efficiency in approval and payments.

    You may have heard of our new homepage experience that will be rolling out to all customers over the coming months. With improvements to the Invoices owed to you, and Bills to pay widgets there is now a summary for invoices and bills that are awaiting approval, with clickable links so you can go straight to the list of invoices or bills to approve. We know this isn't a direct notification of sorts but should help you get a good feel for these at a glance - If you don't have this yet you can get a feel for what's coming in the homepage from the demo company.
