Aaah gotcha, thanks for the confirmation and additional feedback on the idea here. A bit of an extension from our existing functionality for Contacts and there may be some CRM solutions that you could explore in the Xero app store atm.
For now we'll track the interest in this from community here.

That would be a really useful feature and a big time-saver automated reminders reduce missed dates and extra tools. Centralizing updates like this is exactly what user-focused platforms aim for, similar to how guides and updates are organized on https://uaewow.com/ .

Streamlining tools like HubDoc into Xero makes managing finances easier. Similarly, staying updated on gold investments is simpler when you track the gram altın fiyatı in real time: https://altinlive.com/altin-fiyatlari/gram-altin/

This highlights the need for accurate record-keeping when dealing with registered overseas entities, similar to how precise documentation is essential in property transactions handled through the Dubai Land Department. Just as ARN details affect GST treatment in Xero, correct identification and classification of parties help avoid compliance issues in real estate processes. For reliable, regulated handling of property records and transactions, official support from the Dubai Land Department services is key: https://egsh.ae/departments/dubai-land-department-services

Thanks for sharing this idea – it's a really practical suggestion.
We get how easy it is to miss checking bank details, especially for suppliers you haven’t paid in a while. A quick alert or reminder after 3–6 months of no activity could be a great way to help catch changes (like new ownership or account updates) before a payment goes through.
Your idea’s now live for others to see, vote on, and add their thoughts. If this would make things easier for your team, feel free to share it around.

An alert to prompt checking supplier bank details after a few months would help prevent payment issues and improve accuracy. Just like regularly reviewing balances, a quick check keeps things secure see how easy it is to stay updated at https://dubaihowto.com/hafilat-balance-check/

This rounding limitation in Hubdoc can cause inaccuracies when unit prices need more precision, especially compared to Xero’s flexibility. Accurate data matters in every field just like tracking precise gold values does. For reliable daily pricing insights, visit https://goldpriceinqatar.com/

That would be a useful feature having Hubdoc flag a warning when a supplier’s bank details don’t match Xero could help prevent errors and fraud. Clear comparisons like this add value, much like the insights shared in https://advancebookreaders.com/writing-style-analysis/

Too much white space hurts usability and accessibility this view needs a compact mode with tighter line spacing and adjustable columns so data is easy to compare. Clean, ergonomic design matters just as much as content just like clarity and authenticity matter with premium products. Learn more here: https://whitehoneykyrgyzstan.com/

It would be great to see payment terms directly with each contact for better tracking. You can manage and view your Etisalat payments easily using https://quickpayetisalatae.com/ for quick and transparent transactions.
Sorting by account number definitely makes sense since it’s a unique identifier and helps keep records organized more accurately than search filters. Clear structure and easy navigation are essential in any system just like browsing a well-organized menu page such as https://breakfastmenu.org/jack-in-the-box-breakfast-menu/
, where everything is laid out clearly for quick access.
