Hi Rennae (last message). I've just checked and mine hasn't changed, I still cannot edit delivery addresses within the purchase orders.
Also I can already email the po to multiple people, just continue adding email addresses after the first entry, just adding a comma after each email address. Hope this helps.

We also need to be able to edit the actual delivery address within the purchase order. There was an instance whereby the delivery address was added (prior to the changes made) but the postcode has to be amended, as it was entered incorrectly. We can't edit nor delete it, instead we have to raise a new delivery address within contacts but the delivery address is not a supplier nor customer, it's a site address. Also as we cannot delete or amend the original entry, this one remains within the delivery address selection but all of our staff have to be mindful to select the one with the correct postcode as we cannot delete the incorrect one.

We need to be able edit the pre-existing delivery address within the PO, which we used to be able to do. Prior to the changes made, we could edit, delete and add a pre-existing delivery address within the PO. For example, we have a delivery address which was created prior to the changes made, to which we assigned a contact person, tel nbr and lengthy delivery instruction. That delivery address now has a new contact site manager / tel nbr, nothing else has changed, but we cannot edit the delivery address within the PO, we have to make up a whole new address within contacts.
Please could you ask your developers to make it possible to amend or delete the information within a pre-existing delivery address. Also, we want to be able to create the delivery address within the purchase order and NOT have to make an address within contacts, as they are not a customer nor a supplier!An error occurred while saving the comment Maria Lovell

Total agree, we need to be able to add, save and edit the delivery address within the PO and not have to save to contacts. It's so annoying now that this option has been removed.

Agree with Liz, this would be an added bonus to be able to merge more than one PO to a single invoice.

Hi Kim, thanks for your feedback here.
I want to be open that we don't have any intentions of reverting back to the old experience - new purchase orders are built on updated technology and allow us to better maintain and release further developments to this feature.
Our product team have been listening closely and are making iterative changes taking on board feedback from our customers.
An examples of this is that, since released we have updated purchase orders to reduce the max width and pixels making it slightly smaller.
We also have plans to reduce this further, so I will keep you updated on this here.
We've also made an update so now when you Approve a purchase order you will remain on the same page where you can then take other actions as needed. We hope these changes help improve your use of purchase orders.

Hi team, we highly value all the feedback we've received through this request, and understand wanting more functionality to manage communications with suppliers directly through Xero.
As you may have read on our blog, we're redesigning the purchase orders experience, and our product teams have paid close attention to ideas for purchase orders in these forums.
I'm pleased to share that being able to include file attachments when sending purchase orders is being developed into this new experience. I'll update again as this feature rolls out to customers. 😊

Thanks for the continued engagement with this idea, everyone. Taking on board feedback we're receiving on the new experience our product team are looking into the formatting of the delivery address atm. I'll share more news around this with you all, here.

Hi team, we do appreciate hearing your feedback on the new Purchase orders experience. In order for our product teams to get a good understanding of the direct changes that our customers would like to see, as well as help others in community understand what they've voting for we ask that each idea be created as a separate post. Hi team, while we appreciate hearing your feedback on the new purchase orders experience we do request that each post be limited to a single idea to help other members know what they're voting for, as well as sharing back with our product teams and considering changes. I've updated the title of the idea here around the whitespace and welcome you to create new ideas for other specifics you'd like to see.
To provide an update around the attachments - our team recently implemented a change to move the placement of this button to the top of the page next to Save and Approve options.
Relating to lines - with how this new experience now works when you add an item, or enter an amount in a line the Quantity will default to '1', also adding an item will automatically add a new row beneath. Thanks

Could we have an update on the progress this request please? This is causing us major issues having to keep manually adding addresses and not being able to edit or delete them.
