Thanks for sharing your feedback on including journals when exporting a Workpapers PDF.
We’ve reviewed this idea and are moving it to Gaining support so others in the community can vote and add comments.
If this would help your workflow, it’d be great to hear more about when you’d use this and whether you’d expect all journals, or only workpaper journals, to be included in the export.
Your feedback helps our product team better understand demand and prioritise future improvements.
We’ll continue to monitor the support this idea receives and update the thread if there’s any progress to share.

Hi Chris, apologies as returning to your idea here and checking in with our product team I can confirm it is not currently possible to create Workpaper packs for individuals unless they have a Xero subscription.
This is something our team intend to look into longer term, and I'll be keep you updated of any progress surrounding this here. Thanks

Appreciate the feedback and how you'd like the accounts receivable to link to the summary report rather than details.
We'll continue to consider improvements like this as we continue to develop new Workpapers. For now, share this idea with other colleagues that would also find this useful so they can add their vote. 🙂

At the moment there is not a clear and concise summary that the Reviewers can see the status of all queries, client, internal and reviews which is annoying. The same for just having a fully complete tick box on the summary worksheet somewhere - this should obviously be changed if a refresh is done and any changes.

Hi team, to support a more focused view, we've recently improved the way documents are being added to a pack.
Files previously added to a workpapers pack will now display on a separate tab.

When reviewing attachments in each Worksheet we do not need to see every document that has been loaded to the full Workpaper. Too much noise and difficult to review

It takes too long to upload multiple documents to a line item in a Worksheet.

Each user should a box that needs to be ticked on each worksheet when they have completed that line. So at least 2 tick boxes - one for preparer and one for reviewer (3 if you are going to keep 2nd reviewer). Perhaps they could be renamed to Preparer, Manager, Reviewer instead as well.
Once both (or all 3 boxes) are ticked then the box on the Summary Sheet should automatically be ticked. At the moment anyone can tick any of the boxes and no controls over who has reviewed what.

We absolutely need to be able to add subsections in the workpapers to show attachments and tick boxes for each subsection when completed by prepare and reviewer.

Hi team, we really appreciate the feedback from you here and the issues for Reviewers that you've raised. We've made some recent changes and are really keen to hear if these improvements have solved for your needs.
Now;
- when using the arrow keys in the top right to navigate between worksheets, those marked as Not applicable are now automatically skipped
- When viewing attachments, you can use the arrow key button at the bottom of the attachment to move between files (screenshot below)

We have different template requirements for different jobs ie. core clients, charities, xero set ups/conversions etc. Can this be done?
