Workpapers - Mark accounts as completed from All workpapers screen
Lol. I just noticed that the checkbox in a Workpaper says Mark Accounts as Completed.
How unintuitive is that?
On the All Workpapers screen the checkbox is for selecting (and performing functions). This makes sense, even if it is ridiculous the million steps you need to take to deactivate a workpaper.
Why would you have the icon exactly the same but have the behaviour completely different?
Why wouldn't you put a heading above the checkbox to explain what it is for? (If it's for marking the account as completed)
Why can't we see that the accounts in that workpaper are completed on the All Workpapers screen?
Seriously. Whoever at BGL came up with this is ridiculous.

Really good to get this sort of feedback in terms of how different actions are represented and shown in the new Workpapers experience.
This has been shared back with the team and we'll update here if we make plans to change where this action is taken or how it's shown.
