Thanks for sharing your idea on RTI amendments. As you're aware, in Xero payroll any amendments need to be processed with an unscheduled pay run. When posted this submits a new RTI to HMRC with updated YTD figures rather than updating the previous RTI.

Thanks everyone for your continued feedback on the need for a Leave Balances Report in UK Payroll. We appreciate you all taking the time to vote, comment, and share how this feature would improve your workflow.
Currently the options for viewing this information is via individual payslips or within each employee’s leave tab.
As part of a wider review into improving UK Payroll reporting, we’re moving the status of this idea to Accepted. We agree a Leave Balances Report is a valuable addition and it’s something we want to address.
While it isn’t on our immediate roadmap right now, it is formally on our radar for consideration as we plan future payroll updates. We will share another update here when we have more news on our plans.

Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback on this idea. We appreciate you sharing how important granular leave reporting is for your payroll processing. We understand many of you are tracking Leave outside of Xero as a workaround.
We hear you’re also interested in a Leave Balances Report. UK Payroll - Leave Balances Report is a separate Product Idea, so we’d love to see your votes and ideas on this topic too.
Whilst a Leave Transactions Report is not currently set in our roadmap, our product team is reviewing the viability of developing more comprehensive reporting solutions.
We are changing the status of this idea to Accepted. Keep an eye on this idea and we’ll update you when there are further developments.

Hi everyone, we've been following your comments and recognise that having a streamlined way to get timesheets from a spreadsheet into Xero Payroll would be a huge time saver.
One option is to explore some of the connected time-tracking apps in the Xero App Store. While we know this isn't a perfect substitute for a direct import feature, it may help bridge the gap in the meantime.
The good news is that we see the value this feature would provide and we want to explore it further. We'll change the status of this idea to Accepted and will let you know if there is any movement on this.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you explaining how important access to reports on draft pay runs is for your workflows, especially for client approvals and pre-submission checks.
Our product team is currently looking into payroll reporting improvements as part of a wider review, however adding additional reports to draft pay runs is not something that’s on their foreseeable roadmap.
Currently you can download payslips, P32 and Payroll Activity Details/Summary reports from draft pay runs. These provide a breakdown of employee earnings and employer liabilities, which can be used for pre-checks before submitting your pay run to HMRC.
Please continue to support other ideas, as this helps our product teams know what's important to you.

Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback on having Xero automatically calculate AEO & DEA as a percentage. We appreciate you sharing how you're currently managing these deductions in payroll.
As you’ve found, the existing Earnings Order pay item requires deductions to be manually calculated, which we understand impacts your workflows for employees with variable earnings.
We want to be upfront that there aren't any current plans to develop this in Xero payroll.
While automated calculations for Earnings Orders aren't on the foreseeable roadmap, we will continue to monitor interest in this space. Thanks for continuing to shape the future of Xero.

Thanks for sharing your feedback on having timesheet reporting in UK payroll.
Our product team are actively working on improving UK reporting in general, but timesheet reports aren’t currently on the roadmap.
We'll update this to Not in Pipeline, however we'll update you here if anything changes in this space.

Hi Joanne, thanks so much for all your feedback and comments on this idea. We totally get how handy it’d be to have a report in Xero UK Payroll that includes employee bank details.
Not having something like this can definitely add extra work and hassle—especially when you need to send bank info to a third party or double-check payments.
Right now, the idea’s in the ‘Gaining support’ stage, which means we’re keeping a close eye on how many people are voting and sharing their thoughts. The more input we get, the easier it is for us to understand how important this is and where it might sit in our list of priorities.

It would be great to be able to send a P45 straight from Xero, and for it to be password protected rather than download and have no protection.

Hi everyone, we appreciate your recent feedback and reinforcing the importance of attaching documents to employee records in UK Payroll. We understand how the recent capability released in AU would also be valuable to other regions workflows.
We're in the process of reviewing the full payroll experience for our UK customers, and this idea will be considered as part of that broader piece of work. While it isn’t on our immediate roadmap right now, it is formally on our radar as we plan future payroll updates.
We’ll share another update here when we have more news on our plans.

Hi everyone, this idea has been created to track UK user interest in this feature. It has been split from the original request, as our Payroll features are generally developed separately across each region.
Being upfront, we don't have any plans for this at present, however it is something we would like to understand the wider interest from our community.

This would be very helpful, but more so, it would be great to be able to add leave dates for different holiday years. At the moment, if I add Christmas holiday dates, I need to stop at the end of December so that the January leave doesn't come off of this year's holidays as this confuses the employee, and prevents me from being able to tell if the employee has any leave left to take in the current year.
Not looking forward to the admin burden when I need to add 50 odd employee holidays for the 1st week in January so that they can be paid that week. Actually, the ability to add leave periods to all employees at once would be greatly appreciated too, please!
Absolutely agree with the csv download with net pay and bank details included, would save hours for me!
