Quick tip in the meantime: You can use the Timesheet Summary Report to quickly identify which employees haven't submitted hours for a specific period, which might help with your chasing process!

@Ben and others that are supporting the idea here - would this be the same scenario for your business in this idea? If so, we have a larger idea embodying this that I'd suggest I merge your idea too.

My business manager needs access to payroll and issue invoices but can’t unless she has access to the bank which we don’t want. It would be great if Xero would allow business owners to grant permissions to each specific area of Xero to suit their business and staff.
