Thanks for everyone's feedback and the strong support for a report that shows average days to pay by customer. We know this visibility is important for businesses wanting to identify habitual late payers and make better credit and cash flow decisions.

Right now, we've begun work to develop reports that improve visibility of payment performance. Our immediate focus on the supplier side and a new Supplier days to pay detail report that'll show historical payment behaviour across suppliers.

Once that’s rolled out, we’ll begin work on additional reports for customer payment performance, which will solve the needs in this idea.

I'll be back to update you all here as work for customer reports gets underway. 🙂

I second this request. For salaried employees, this is actually a compliance issue as their payslip will show a set 76 hours worked, when they may have worked under or over that amount. You can't edit the hours as it's calculated on an hourly rate.

This is the "Annual Salary" function and still there is no way to show this as a salaried amount, it only shows up as an hourly rate on the payslip. My salaried employees are not paid on an hourly basis, so why does the Annual Salary pay rate show as an hourly rate? The whole point of a salary is that you will work unders and overs some weeks but it will level out to be under the salary overall. It's not an hourly rate.

Hi Zoe, thanks for bringing this idea to the community. Linking multiple contacts to an invoice could help make sure the right people receive the invoices and reminders.

I've updated the status to Gaining Support so we can continue tracking interest. If this were introduced, how would you like the contact selection to work? Your input could help shape the approach that would be most useful.

Before the new Superannuation portal rolled out, you could filter by Employee Group, a feature set in the Employee's profile page.

This filter no longer exists, but with PayDay super coming into effect next month, this is vital to be able to quickly create separate super payments for different employee groups (i.e. contractor vs employee).

I second this, Cilla. We don't necessarily need location - but need to at least be able to filter by Employee Group. Currently have to go through and individually select contractors, or employees for another one.
