Hi Abimbola Thanks for the great explanation of how adding multiple tracking codes to payroll costs using percentages would streamline the process of allocating this to fund providers.
We can see how this would help with complex funding arrangements so have moved this to Gaining Support.

We understand that you've been using workarounds like exporting reports to Excel and manually editing them to get the detail you need. While this can help in the short term, we recognize it is a time-consuming process that shouldn't be necessary.We've shared your valuable feedback with our product team. As with all new features, we have to balance this against other development priorities. We can't promise a specific timeline, but the more support an idea gets, the higher it climbs on our list. Thanks for this feedback on how pension enrollment currently works in Xero payroll. It’s been a little while since you raised this idea, so we wanted to check in. We can see this idea has been steadily gaining support. Our product team are keeping an eye on this idea and we will continue to share updates as things evolve.
In the meantime, here's a tip to trigger pension assessment before posting the pay run:
- With the pay run in draft click Post.
- When the Automatic pension enrolment pop up displays, click Confirm.
- On the Complete Pay Run pop up, click Cancel.
- You can now open the draft payslip or download pay run reports with the pension deductions included.

Hi everyone, thanks for your feedback on processing multiple pension contribution levels in Xero.
If you’re using the pension filing report in Xero, only the workplace pension scheme will populate the report. We understand some of you have created additional pension pay items, which require manual adjustments with your provider.
The product team have reviewed this idea and, after looking into what would be involved, have confirmed that adding a second workplace pension scheme isn’t something we’re planning to add to Payroll in the foreseeable future. We know this isn’t the update you were hoping for, and we’ll continue monitoring community interest. The idea remains open for votes.

Hi everyone, thank you all for your support and engaging to let us know the importance and use you'd have in being able to receive bank feeds for Charities Aid Foundation(CAF) bank.
We're pleased to share that our provider Tink is building this at present and we're currently testing with a small group of users.
We appreciate your interest, and look forward to getting this in your hands soon. I'll be back to share more news as things progress. Thanks
