Thank you for suggesting a gender equity report for payroll. We recognise that many of you currently spend significant time manually merging multiple exports to get these insights.
Whether we build a dedicated equity report or enhance existing reports with gender columns and advanced filtering, our goal is to streamline your workflow.

Hi everyone, we appreciate your patience & would like to thank everyone who’s shared their thoughts and supported this idea.
Xero's payroll reports do currently offer some options to adjust columns, filters & layout. However we hear & understand the need for having additional information & more flexibility with payroll reporting, including the ability to customise & save reports for future use.
Being open here, these improvements are not in our current pipeline. However we'll use this feedback to shape how we plan future improvements in Xero Payroll reports.

Thanks for your patience, it’s been a little while since you raised this idea, so we wanted to check in. We've now reviewed this idea and have moved it to Gaining Support status. Our product team are keeping an eye on this idea. We update you if this gets added to the product road map in the future.
In the meantime, it may be useful to note that the classification field is an editable field and is included in the remuneration report.

Please add the Job title as an additional field for the payroll reporting please. thanks
Payroll Reports - WGEA Reporting. Or if there's a customise payroll reporting where we can add any extra field for the payroll reports eg. Job Title, Gender, Approver Manager
