We have numerous base quotes that we need to send specifications with and need to include these with the Xero quote email as they detail power, waste and water requirements which need to be understood at the time a quote is being considered.

When emailing off a quote, it would be good to have an option of uploading a file from a server or from current documents saved on WFM itself. Then sending off in one email. Rather than having to download a quote and sending an email manually.

We do insurance related claims. I need to send a report as an attachment to my client when sending the quote. The Client can not open the online link as their IT department and firewall has blocked the opening of the link on their system.
Printing and emailing through Outlook is just a waste of time. Please assist in getting this option available for us. It cant be that difficult???

We have 3 major documents that we need to attach to most quotes. We would need these attached to the email sent with the quote and would not expect the client to drill into the online quote to see the attachments.

We run a business in the construction industry and the space available for terms & conditions on a quote is not adequate enough in Xero. We have to be very precise in stating what we require from our client so that they are able to make an informed decision to approve our quote or not. It is pointless having to double handle everything.

We run a hire business. We want customers to know our terms and conditions from the outset as so many take up our time and then pull out at the last minute. At the moment the file attachments only show up with the online quote, there is no option to send them with the email as there is with invoices. I really need this functionality.
