Quotes - Specific reporting for quotes (or open API)

Ability to export a report that contains Quotes data.

Purpose: To help tracking what value of a quote has been invoiced

Back with good news, everyone! From today you'll find that your Receivable Invoice Summary and Details reports have both been improved so you can now add quotes as a Source in the report, as well as two common formats to quickly see all quotes or just outstanding quotes in one view. 


Get in for a try, and save the views you'd like to use regularly. We appreciate all your support and feedback for this, here.

    I want to know my total quoting per month and the total accepted. At present, it seems I can't even get a total, so I have to manually add them up!

    Yes great to hear, i have a few clients in the mining industry and tracking quote status is one of the key function in the business to help mange and establish budgets, Project commitments, and cost control and forecast cashflow

    Glad to know that the reporting team has started looking into the quotes reports because our company is keen to have this function to tracking the quote status. just wondering how long do you think this function will go-live?

    I am a clothing manufacturer and we work our production based upon the expiry date (need by date) .... I can't get a report to print out quotes in expiry date order ! flipping frustrating!

    We are a wedding business accepting quotes to deliver currently to end of 2024 so analysing quotes is the only way to forecast cash flow and service requirements (e.g. catering commitments).
