AU Payroll - Add notes in timesheet
Ability for employee to add notes in timesheet. Detailing works performed.
Hey community, thanks heaps for this suggestion.
As you may have seen in our Xero Blog post, we’ve rolled out support for start and end times in timesheets, and with this update comes the ability for staff to add in notes 🎉
As such, I'll be marking this one as delivered !

Such a simple yet crucial feature gap, particularly since you don't allow staff to add non-time-based pay items (e.g. mileage)

timesheets - with start finish time.
there is no where for admin to write notes- this is for employee only.
also needs ability to export or print timesheet to pdf/excel
would be even better if admin could acess start and finished + breaks times ASWELL instead of only via the employee app. some employees dont allways have acess to the app. Admin should be able to have ability to overide /enter

Big yes! Want to be able to seperate hours/overtime hours but also have the employees leave a note to say where they worked so we can allocate hours worked to each job to keep track.

I 100% second this!! It would be so handy for explaining the overtimes or what ever employee need to let the payroll officer know. So the payroll officer do not need to chase every employee separately. Eg remote payroll officer needs to spend time on the phone.
