The timesheet system need to be more like the pay employees where you can view, then save and then move on to the next employee. Currently you have to go back to the menu and then select the next staff member. Very slow and clunky !!
Otherwise an tick box option to select staff you wish to approve as a bulk approval.

This is unbelievably clunky compared to other payroll providers I have used.

I have to click View More > Scroll down > Click the timesheet > Click approve > Click Timesheets > Click view more > scroll down > etc etc etc multiplied by a dozen staff??

Clearly no-one at Xero has used this interface to run a payroll before.

So need to bulk approve timesheets plus be able to report off timesheets. You can only do this if you have projects not timesheets in payroll.

Not exactly the same, but related to this, a manager needs to be able to run timesheet reports but without having access to all other reports or payroll.

We need to give one of our employees access to approve timesheets without giving access to all the Payroll info

Would make a significant impact to our current system! Would love to see it!!!
