it would be great it Xero created a timesheet that employees can clock in and out of tracking categories with a gps and time tracker so companies have better time management and job costings. this will save companies having to use other apps/systems for employee tracking purposes.
As well as;
Salary employees being able to use timesheets that don't tamper with their salary that is set within payroll. That allows their hours & costings to still be accumulated over the tracking categories they do within their time sheets. This will help companies have a better break down of their job costings and hours spent on the jobs or areas within the company, which will reflect better on their profit and loss's.

For XeroMe to compete with apps like BundyPlusNow,you need to include GEOFENCING functionality i.e. using phone's GPS to only allow clock-in/out within a certain distance of the workplace.

This is the reason I don't use Xero's timesheets as this is a necessity for construction workers so extra time can't be added after leaving sites. GPS tracking would make life easier then everyrhing can be completed via Xero for my business.
