Xero Me (AU) - Remove rejected leave items from view
Remove rejected leave items from view. As currently they are front an center even if related to a historic time for all employee when in desktop version of Xero Me.
Hey all, 👋 thanks for your support on this idea and sorry for the late update. I’m popping in to switch it across to delivered for our AU users!
Just before the end of the year, we rolled out the option for employees to archive their rejected leave requests in Xero Me web.
Thanks again for your feedback 😊
For voters from other regions, if this is still something you’d like to see feel free to make a copy of this idea and pop the region in brackets.

Xero actually fixed this 😁 they just forgot to tell us? 😅 You can Archive the rejected leave request and it goes away 😍

What a great suggestion Sam - if Xero not willing to allow for rejected entries to be deleted, at min allow to them appear chronologically with the remaining entries so not front and center.
As it is currently, this is a horrible feature from a mental health perspective, why should a user be reminded of a horrible period in their lives by having to see reference to it front and center every time they log in??
Xero we need some action on this matter!

Maybe I need to raise this is a privacy request as the information presented in the application is inaccurate, and as the data subject I have a right to have it corrected...

And still, one of the dumbest "working as intended" features of the Xero product. If not going to remove them, put them in chronological order with the rest of the old ones.

Wholeheartedly agree. I have a 1.5 years old rejected leave still sitting on my screen when I first login.

All rejected leave requests are still shown in the 'Leave' tab, most of mine that are there are because admins rejected leave accidentally, but now they're there permanently!

Completely agree. I have a 13 month old rejected leave request sitting on my dashboard in perpetuity, no way for my admins or I to remove it.
