We COULD very easily send a quote link > customer accepts online AND can pay at the same time. Xero auto raises the invoice and emails us saying XYZ has accepted, and paid - SUCH A TIME SAVER.

Rather than us getting an email saying the quote has been accepted, with no reference to WHO accepted it, no link to the quote, doesn't let customer pay, requires us to go in and manually convert to an invoice and then send them another link and hope they pay in a reasonable timeframe.

Adds days. Clunky as.

This would be great. Right now the "accept quote" button just sends us a notification. It should instead convert to invoice and take the customer to a payment screen. Time and effort is wasted when we have to manually receive the "accept" notification, log in, press the convert to invoice button, and send it. By that point the sales momentum can be lost.

Being able to put a payment to a quote before changing to an invoice. One of my clients receives deposits, and whilst doing the job the customer asks for extras. Therefore we have to remove the deposit payment edit the invoice then re-apply the payment. Lots of double handling, especially if lots of clients

We use this as many business just want to pay and start the contract.
