Xero, please allow the timesheets to be start time HH:MM and end time HH:MM, verse the current setting of full hours worked. I understand this function is available in Aus, please enable this function in NZ and it's much more useful for waged staff.

Require start and finish times in timesheets not just total hours

We are requesting a template in payroll timesheets that allows start/ finish and break times, it needs to be more detailed to be effective.

Please look into this. It's important for business owners to have times logged in certain industries that aren't standard working days, and the only decent option at the moment is to give up Xero Payroll and go onto a another full payroll system that offers this as part of their package.

Wondering if you have rolled out the new Xero me app and upgraded Xero payroll to enable users to enter start and end times by now. We are in NZ.

With the subscription increase will we finally get more value added to Payroll? We really need start and finish times added with the ability to add comments in Xero me!!

Please upgrade your payroll system by adding start and end time in the timesheet. Similarly Xero me app should follow the same thing, so it flows to the Xero accounting system. You are one of the best small to medium accounting systems , hence this is very important for you to do this as you need to listen to your customers and make a change/difference. This will help us to just use only Xero for payroll and this will help us just have everything online and help us stop the paper version.
Also I would request you to have a additional comments column so they can write anything relevant in that space.

XERO PLEASE HELP!!!

We need to be able to track the start and finish times our drivers are on the road for Health and Safety and legal reasons... please add this for New Zealand as soon as possible

Listen to the people who use this product and upgrade to include start and finish times. This is critical. I'm certain that if this enhancement of the product was done, Xero would see a huge uptake in its product.

Again I have to get my clients to use another product as Xero haven't upgrade Xero Me for NZ start and finish times

Still don't understand why Xero has not added start and finish times yet, not much point in having a timesheet feature when start and finish times aren't included.

We got all excited about using XeroMe for the timesheets only to find we don't have the Start/Finish time function and it was only available in Australia. Unfortunately without this we can't use it and will need to find an alternative. Hopefully the enhancement is released to NZ sooner rather than later.

Agree with everyone else - we are required to record breaks. This should be available asap.

Unbelievable that NZ doesn't have this. Make it a non compliant recorder of hours that doesn't shows wage rest and breaks as legally required. Australia got this two years.

Introducing timebands to the NZ payroll would be a huge improvement on the current timesheet. In thier current format the timesheet only allows for total hours to be entered. Unlike the AUS verion where timebands can be entered to show the employee and employer start / finish times / breaks. This is really important to employers prior to approval.
PLEASE upgrade the NZ version asap.

Definitely something that needs to be updated. Unsure as to why it is in Xero Australia and not NZ

Yes, this would be ideal. I have clients who are having to look outside of Xero because this is not available.

Please can you add into the timesheet an ability to put break times in so we can keep track of them.
