AU Payroll - Attach files to leave requests

Hi.
When people put in a personal leave form, can you please add an attachment button, so that a medical certificate can be added.
In Xero Me & Xero.

Hi everyone, thanks for taking the time to explain how important this functionality is to upload files to leave requests.

We're currently exploring ideas to attach files to employee records, however our product team confirmed that attaching files directly into leave requests is not something we're focusing on at the time. We’ve moved this idea to Not in pipeline.

We know this isn't the update you were hoping for, but we want to be transparent about where things stand. The idea remains open for votes, so we'll continue monitoring community interest and feedback as we plan for the future.

    Agree - we need this function! Even to be able to put in their Employee details somewhere - Notes etc.

    Yes please this is essential - to be able to add medical certificates or anything in a pdf format - until then they have to be saved outside of Xero or on paper. Not very efficient.

    Why has this functionality not already been added to Xero??!!! You are making payroll processing a headache!!! Please fix this.

    This would be amazing. Xero has somewhere to save attachments everywhere else. Why not payroll also?

    It takes our managing staff way too long to process this information. this would streamline it enabling more time on project work that matters.

    Requesting an storing these certificates manually takes a lot of effort and it would be much easier for employees to be anle to just upload without us having to ask…feature would really improve workflow!

    We have a client with 70 employees. Submitting and storing medical certificates manually is such a pain!

    Important and useful features , just like the ability to attach a soft copy pdf invoice to a transaction in xero.

    Would really like this to be implemented. As a BAS Agent doing my clients Payroll, it would be good to have somewhere to save doctors certificates on the employee file.

    It's only logical to have leave requests, sick certificates etc attached to the employee
