Xero Expenses - Delegate expense claims to another user
Allow another user in your organisation to enter and submit expense claims on behalf of another user... "so you can focus on other important things" in Xero parlance.
For example: company director can delegate the expense claims to the company secretary to submit expenses on the director's behalf.
Zoho Expense has this feature, which we use for this reason:

Change the user assigned on a draft expense reimbursement after uploading to the incorrect user.
This is often a result of uploading receipts without selecting the correct user, with the expenses being assigned to the user entering the expense being the default. -

particularly important as they sit in drafts and are forgotten because a detail can't be done at the time becomes so time consuming where if EA or accounts could easily finish it off thank you
