Budgets - Import Tracking budgets

Please please can you sort your system so that when we are bulk importing our annual jobs that it is possible to import the budget also - I have asked for this for many years but to date nothing has changed. I hope that now that you have finally updated the system, after several years of empty promises, perhaps this is now a possiblity. It is far too time consuming to enter the budget manually with over 1000 jobs and would speed up our invoicing if the budget field was imported instead of having to look elsewhere for the fee. Reporting would also be more valuable and doubly so if we could also import the actual hours anticipated for each job instead of just a generic time allocation on the templates. This in turn would then make your new Time Budget field actually worth having!

    Unbelievable this is still not an importable field!! Xero needs to start sweating the small stuff and stop concentrating on revenue gathering - IF they want to keep the clients they have!! It is NOT a big ask but clearly our gripes are being ignored - like a lot of things!

    Considering using two tracking categories in Xero to track departments and funds - but being unable to report on budgets for these categories without tons of manual input is a dealbreaker - time to look around for another system I think

    Manually populating a tracked budget is not helpful as it is time consuming. I have to do all my reporting using a budgeting tool called Futrli which integrates with Xero. Futrli is a top shelf three way forecasting tool bty.

    Such an important field that is within the job import template however it can't be imported :( - be great to have this field actually user-friendly. It is very time-consuming for us to have to manually enter in budgets as we need them!

    This really is a sore point in the office, it just causes double handling which goes against the whole reason for using this software, please can your team look into this?

    With all the technology we have, I would have thought this was already in the pipeline.
