Bank statement - Filter by spent or received

Bank statement search needs to allow the user to filter the search by spent or received as the amounts elements apply to both spent and received.

Also - please fix the bug with status being ignored by the search.

    can the above be done now? filter by spent and received payments?

    This should be for the filter on the bank reconciliation as well, we handle receipts and spent items separately and it's really see where we're at on spend items when there are lots of unreconciled receipt items that can't be filtered out.
