User Roles - Purchase order only access
We wish to let some of our users have access to purchase orders, raising & viewing etc.
Currently if we give them access to purchase orders it also lets them see supplier balances and also click into the supplier and therefore into the accounts i.e invoices etc.
We would like our staff to just see the purchase orders and raise purchase orders but not have access to anything else.

we're stuck as if you give someone access to make PO's they can then see all POs and invoicing so they can see how much each contractor is getting paid in the business? is there a way around this? -

It would be great to limit what each users see. Currently our users can see other purchase orders for different departments.

Really need to be able to select just Purchase Order access and Sales access without allowing the right to approve and pay invoices. This can open up the potential for so many problems

I am currently using an alternate PO app for our employees for this very reason - privacy.
It would be a wonderful function to just have a PO only option to as Jacqueline suggested - create, see and action PO.Thank you :)

I agree, we do not want the employee to see anything other than the PO's, I also want to add that Xero does not have a option to buy deliver in products which is essential to any trade company

This is critical due to segregation of duty issues raised by auditors, also not having the ability to restrict access allows for potential distribution of sensitive data.

Purchase Order access should not automatically go with access to Bills, it should be Purchase Orders only. Can we have it automated so with Approval being sent to Line Manager via email. A bulk Purchase Order should show when its been partially billed ie. show the balance.
