Reports: Print button in new reports
Issue: Old reports Aged trial balance had print button;

My Reply: That's a pain when it was so simple before. We don't want to save the reports each time. Also from an Exported PDF, the print is at 75% so more difficult to read. Why change something that worked brilliantly? Print Button returned please

Thanks for your feedback on the change in printing from old reports to the new. Being upfront, this was an intentional change to remove the print button in line with our commitment to environmental sustainability.
We don't have any plans to bring this back, but as suggested you'll find in new report you can export to a PDF and print that document if you choose.

If I remember correctly QBO was first like this then they added the Print button. Please add the Print button back.

Environmental sustainability is great but the print option should be there for those of us who need to print on paper. It is a pain and time consuming to have to keep saving files then go back open it and print it out. Just give us the Print button.

Why have Xero removed the print button from reports like payroll - it made it much quicker to run & check report & print summary when finalising. Now we have to download as pdf then print so many extra steps and wasted time. Not really liking some of the formats either. Nothing wrong with them previously.

I require a printed copy of the reports for someone who does not have access to a computer but the print outs that I can do, doesn't allow me to increase the font size

I agree with the above comment that it is painful with the new format. It is now a 2 step process taking more time that what is required. It is also our choice whether we want to print the report or not. It is not up to you to decide for us by taking away the print option. If I want to I can print to a PDF rather than printing to paper when I choose print.

What a totally inadequate response by Xero. What you are saying is that you have intentionally made it more difficult to print a document that customers are going to print anyway, in the deluded belief that this is somehow more "environmentally sustainable". Spare us the environmental BS and LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, or you will lose them.

It would also be nice if we could right click and print like the V1 reports. This is feedback from a customer.
