The leave transaction report is the quickest and easiest way to assist with this information but at moment unable to run report. Shouldnt make any difference whether leave is payable or not as to whether you can run a report on it. XERO please get this functionality working ASAP.

An error occurred while saving the comment Loretta Sutcliffe commentedIve got many clients starting to get employees to use timesheets in xerome but we are unable to check the validity of work hrs as we cannot see start and finish times and breaks. Would be great if the timesheet detail report extended to cover this additional information. If Fairwork were to request copy of detailed t/sheet we wouldnt be able to as employees are entering direct into xero not on paper form.

Ive recently had a client enter a new employee and thought by selecting the shearers rate it would automatically calculate the tax and didnt realise when they posted and paid the employee that they deduct 0 tax.
Xero this needs urgent attention it should be set at the minimum rate of 13% as per ATO guidelines to avoid these types of errors.An error occurred while saving the comment Loretta Sutcliffe commentedThis is critical update as affects everyone business employing under the shearers or horticultural awards.

There is another work around you run the leave requests report (ensuring you select ALL leave types), and sort by leave type then you can export to excel spreadsheet and use. Crazy though but at least its something.
I find it annoying that LWOP etc doesnt appear on the payroll detail report as I send this to my clients for checking. It would be nice to also see the leave accrual as we add TIL but no way of double checking the entry unless you go into the payrun and scroll through each employee to check. (MYOBS payroll reports do).
