Thanks for all your input here, team. We have now started rolling out improvements to the date picker in new invoicing. Once available in your org, you’ll find you can simply click the Issue date or Due date fields and select a date from the calendar picker. In the Due date field you’ll find a few common date options, and the ability to Reset to default due date.

We appreciate all your feedback surrounding this in this idea. I’ll swing back to confirm once this is live to all users.

Hi team, I know it’s been a while since my last update and we’d like to confirm that our team are working to address your concerns, here. We’ll be providing quicker access to the calendar picker for both the invoice due and issue dates. Work’s underway atm and we plan to have this released to you all before classic invoicing retirement. I’ll swing back again as soon as it’s ready 🙂

Hi team, we appreciate all the feedback we’ve had from customers on how you enter dates when creating invoices in Xero. Our teams are considering improvements to the date picker, taking all feedback about this field on board.
