New Invoicing - Show Branding theme on an approved invoice
With the new invoicing the branding theme is not available which is an important feature for us since for different clients we had different branding theme. Can this be added to the new invoicing system? Please refer to the attached. We cannot switch to this new invoicing if branding them is not added and it seems in September we will not have a choice. Clicking on edit invoice is not a solution. This info was available with the old system without clicking edit invoice
Understand the sentiment and urgency in wanting this feature available. We've just released an update so now you can view the branding of an invoice when viewing. This is visible on invoices with Awaiting Payment and Paid status 🙂
Thanks for your feedback and staying across the progress with us here.

After approving an invoice I need to see the branding theme on the following pages so I know how to apply payment to the invoices. The new version does not have it visible and it's very important.
Please add the branding theme to the following screens.
Also, once I've approved the invoice, then applied payment, the final screen is to email the invoice. I'd like to be able to see that as an option for the drop down box as printing is the only option. We don't post invoiced we email them so it should be a prominent option.
Thank you

We have switched over to the new invoicing and have found a small piece of important information missing when getting ready to print or send an invoice.
The 'branding theme' is no longer displayed. We can not verify that the correct branding theme has been selected at the time we are ready to send the invoice.
Can this be put back onto the invoice page? It used to be there with the old invoicing and we could visually verify it was correct before we hit 'send'.
Having to go back and 'edit' the invoice to verify is not really a good option. You still can't see the theme at the time you hit send or print.
Thank You
