UK/AU Payroll - Option to select/deselect 'Other Previous Earnings' feature on payslips
Remove the feature of 'Other Previous Earnings', or an option of allowing us to choose whether to have this feature. Grouping all previous pay items into 'Other Previous Earnings' in the same financial year is confusing and our employees won't understand what it is for. Please get rid of it!

 commentedAgree, have staff applying for loans and the financial brokers want a detailed breakdown and explanation of what 'Other Previous Earnings' is and why it goes up and down on each pay slip. How am I supposed to explain that when I don't even know myself? Xero please remove from pay slips asap.

 commentedAU currently require an option to de-select this feature under payrol settings (preferred option) or employee pay template. 
 "Other previous earnings" showing on payslips is creating issues for our employees.

 commentedThis new feature introduced by Xero is not helpful - now when looking at payslips, we don't know what the other earnings are, and have to run other reports to get the information.... but employees can't run those reports, so they are completely in the dark!!

 commentedI've just encountered this on May payroll and, being in England, the tax year has just started so I can at least compare to April payslips to understand what it is. But I can see how more confusing it will be for employees further into the year when they just want to see a clear breakdown of YTD Earnings. Please remove this from payslips!!!
