MFA | Role that can enable another user to reset multi factor authentication
Have a designated advisor / subscriber have the ability to remove multi factor authentication from a user so that a new method can be set up by the user.
Purpose: For those businesses that have operators which are not tech savy, having either the subscriber or the advisor who holds a professional membership / qualification, who have passed ID verification processes, let the designated person have the ability to toggle off multi factor authentication so that the user and re set up their authentication process so that when their phone is lost or stolen and their alternative entry points don't work, we can get them set up straight away.

This is crutial! Our business has had so many headaches with xero verify and MFA when one of our staff gets a new phone / updates phone or accidentally deletes verfiy app. We have spent countless hours trying to get staff logged in or trying to reset their MFA. It would be very beneficial if the admin user of a business could have the ability to remove multi factor authentication from a user so that a new method can be set up.

This is very important, I have contacted Xero support many times to help reset MFA for clients, and it takes days...
I don't have this problem with Microsoft account, I can reset the password and MFA as admin easily

It would be great for us as Accountants to be able to help reset MFA for our clients when we are the subscriber of the Xero file! So many clients have issues with getting a new device etc. and often come to us first to get help with their Xero file so WHY can't accountants be given the ability to reset this for users!
Very frustrating having to refer them onto Xero help - especially when they show up in the office wanting help and we have to send them away.
