Allow journal entry fields to have a formula or calculation. it would be much easier when doing manual journal entries.

Hi April! As Kelly mentioned, you can already do this in Xero! You're able to use basic arithmetic functions when entering figures for journal entries. There's a table listing the available operators in this Xero Central article. It also has some instructions on how they can be used.
