Contact List - View contact group and last activity date
In Xero, under All contacts, would be great if we & please add had more columns or choices to add certain column of attributes of the contact showing if they are in a group, and possibly a last action date of last transaction, so that any can be easily Archived, when they haven't been accessed in a long while. Thanks!

Add column in contact list showing date of last transactions or create a bulk delete function for current contacts that have no activity before a certain period of time. Ridiculous to have to open each contact to see how "Current" they are, then archive them.
Currently have 3500 contacts to check who is not current and archive.
Also the ability to DELETE contacts that have no transactions, we had a lot of contacts imported originally (9 YEARS AGO) who have had NO TRANSACTIONS and archiving seems to be a waste of data space. -

Under "ALL" in contacts, include a column which shows what group each contact is in. If I create a new contact name while reconciling transactions, the name just goes into ALL. I then have to go into ALL, try to remember which one/how many I recently added then move them into a group. Very easy to miss contacts that belong into specific groups and hard to figure out which ones I havent grouped yet.
