EPS Submission date and set up
It would be very useful to enable business to set up own date to submit EPS or amend it. It is automatically set up within deadline but business should be able to submit earlier or later if required

Hi Barbara, thanks for raising this idea with us regarding dating the EPS submission earlier or later than the set times in Xero.
For clarity, when a pay run is posted, an EPS is submitted to HMRC between the 12th and 19th of each month, in time to meet the HMRC deadline of the 19th. Even if a pay run is posted earlier, it will show as Scheduled until this period. It isn't possible to send an EPS earlier in Xero. If you need to send an EPS for a previous month and can't wait, you can use the Basic Tools from the HMRC website.
