Payroll and Pension issues
Our company uses Xero in the UK and we have ongoing issues with NEST pension. I terminated a couple of temporary employees within the 3 month exemption period of paying pension. Termination and payday 8 Sept 2025, but NEST took pension payments from both employees even though it should only have kicked in from 16 Sept 2025 had they remained with us. Can this be looked at?
