Sync with HubSpot Contacts is only one way From Xero
To me this does not follow the flow of contact, address and product data from Lead to Opportunity to Deal - which is upstream of Xero which tracks revenue. I am expected to add contacts in two places HubSpot which owns and manages all contacts for the company in their various roles for Client Relationship Management, but I have to then switch to Xero to add a Billing Contact and Address (very old school and poor UX data entry process BTW) and sync that back to Hubspot where all onboarding is handled and where I raise the invoice and send that back to Xero. . . .
The integration needs to be better designed - flowing from upstream (CRM) to downstream (Accounting) vs a hybrid where to have to be used
